Fukushima Daiichi No. 7 & 8.. again

As predicted on this site Saturday, on Monday in Tokyo the president of TEPCO confirmed that the company is cancelling the plan to add two ABWR plants, which would have been No. 7 and No. 8, to the Fukushima Daiichi plant.

This only leaves the question of No. 5 and No. 6 up in the air... and I'm betting that these two plants never start up again.
