Japanese energy developments (non-emergent)
NHK has reported overnight, for whatever it is worth, that TEPCO stock has fallen 23%; the stock of Tohiba and Hitachi about 16% each; the stock of Mistubishi about 10%. Of course, the first is the owner/operator of the Fukushima Daiichi plant, while the other three are reactor vendors / contractors.
