Fukushima 1 and 2 in emergency shutdown; numerous articles online. See here. Apparently loss of cooling was the culprit for both plants. Situation at this moment not known exactly.
Also, a fire was reported at Onagawa. See here.
Japan has declared a "Nuclear Power Emergency Situation" as a result of the loss of cooling at Fukushima.
