Fukushima Daiichi No. 4, other information

Latest report is that the vehicle normally used for concrete pouring, with the very long arm is now being used to put water into No. 4 plant's reactor building.

TEPCO has finally released some new data... The press release regarding nuclear plant information contains nothing you haven't seen here. There is also a new series of ongoing releases that will cover seawater sampling at several locations offshore.

What may have been a debris fire inside No. 3, cause of the dark smoke the other day, subsided and there is now only occasional white smoke or else steam issuing irregularly.

TEPCO's work on the electrical front is focused on cooling the spent fuel pond in No. 2 plant, and energizing all control rooms.
